Thirty-two carefully selected criteria ensured his dates were a match for his very particular taste. Hair color, height, weight, education—every last detail—down to their considerable cup size, was meticulously selected. He’d bedded some of the most beautiful women in the world since becoming a member of the elite dating club.
All of his wants were met.
Yet none of his needs.
He’d been in love once, nine years ago. And once was enough. Sticking to arranged dating through the service was the perfect solution. And it worked. Until one day he opened a door he had never planned to. The one to his heart.
To say he is a difficult client for Perfect Events, a dating service, is an understatement. It doesn't matter how many beautiful light eyed busty blondes Liv Daniels sets Jack up with, he finds some reason that they just aren't what he's looking for.
He wants something different, something better, something more. He's not looking for love, he's looking for someone he'll want to have sex with more than once and therein lies the problem.
Why? Because he's found that connection, with his matchmaker, Liv, only he doesn't realize it at first. They text all the time (because he can't seem to stop demanding her time and attention) and he's petulant when she doesn't respond quick enough.
They're perfect for each other, but Liv doesn't date clients. Liv sets him up with Miranda, a woman she declares will be "perfect" for him but that unlike his other 'dates' Miranda will actually require dinner and actual conversation. At dinner he discovers Miranda is tall, dark and curvy, and nothing he asked for but everything he wants and needs.
This book does end on a twist and a cliffhanger! I kind of had an idea where the twist was going to come from but that cliffhanger? It basically ensured I'd read more just to find out what happens next!
If you're looking for a short, easy read with a surprise twist, you'll enjoy this book!
